⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience with Ms. Sabrina Eugene! From the moment I walked in, Sabrina was welcoming, personable, and incredibly helpful. I came in because my glasses needed some adjusting, and she immediately took care of them, cleaned them up, and made sure they were back in shape. While she worked, I tried on a few different frames, and Sabrina gave me honest feedback while sharing a few laughs along the way. What really stood out was her genuine customer service and leadership. She made what could have been a quick, routine visit feel personal and memorable. Walmart, Ms. Sabrina Eugene is truly an asset to your team. Thank you, Sabrina, for making my experience such a great one!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mía was amazing at the Vision Center. She was extremely helpful, patient, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. I definitely recommend asking for Mía if you go—great customer service!

I had the most awesome service with The Walmart Vision works this morning! Sabrina helped me out in a pinch when I was desperate to get 2 pair of glasses repaired! I couldn't believe how quick and talented she was! She was professional, kind and efficient too!

Just went to Tennessee St Walmart vision center and had an exceptional experience. Sabrina and staff did a great job at getting 2 pairs of glasses one being a prescription sunglasses. Definitely needed. Thanks staff for all of you help.

I had my prescription from my doctor back home and came here for the frames and lenses. Although they kept readjusting my glasses, there were unable to fit them properly (the OC height was always a bit off). Luckily they refunded my money each time but it did take several visits before I went to another vision center. The customer service was also friendly and understanding each time.
