Walmart Vision Center – Mulberry

My wife and I have used Walmart Vision for glasses for several years now. Yesterday morning I went there early, knowing the vision center did not open until 9 but I was taking my wife over to Clearwater for lunch and wanted to be one of the first customers as the nose pad had broken on one side of my glasses. I got there about 8:15 to buy a couple of other things before. I saw Angie there as I was walking in and mentioned that I would be back for their opening at 9. I finished my shopping quickly and was back there about 8:30. Angie noticed me there and between completing morning paperwork, asked for my glasses. I told here I didn't want to interrupt as they were not open yet but she asked for me to give her a couple of minutes and disappeared into the back with my glasses. A couple of minutes later she emerged and had replaced both the nose pads for me. It was so kind of Angie to make the extra effort for me and allow me to be om my way back home about 20 minutes before they were even scheduled to open. Angie has been there and taken care of us several times over the years and has always been friendly, easy going and remain professional throughout all our visits. She is a special asset for Walmart to have in its Vision & Glasses Department!!!! THANK YOU ANGIE!!

Dr. Copley and the whole team here are amazing. Dr. Copley always takes the time to explain everything about our eyes and eye health during exams and has been great teaching our daughter about good eye care too. Thank you Ashley for taking all the time to call Walmart corporate and our insurance to help us get things worked out to get my daughter's glasses.

I can't say enough about Dr Copley and ALL of the staff we encountered at Walmart Vision center! They were SO patient with my 6 year old, explaining everything and being funny and helpful with her. Dr Copley spent so much time with us and explained everything to both of us and we both left feeling comfortable. The staff even helped me with insurance stuff and were very knowledgeable about what would be covered.

Very GOOD with children! Highly recommend! Comprehensive eye exam is really reasonably priced. The doctor and staff take their time to make you feel comfortable. They are respectful, encouraging, and they play games to make the experience fun. I really felt listened to and seen. My child enjoyed Ashley, the doctor, and staff so much that she is looking forward to visiting again "for summer break" and she wants to be an eye doctor when she grows up! Thanks a bunch!

This is the best eye glass store in Lakeland! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Amy helped me with my glasses and really tried to get me the best bargain for my buck! I really appreciate honest businesses, such as this one. I highly recommend you try them out. They have a waiting room that’s away from the store, so it hardly feels like you’re in a walmart!
