I had such a great experience at this eyeglass store! The staff was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. They had a huge selection of stylish frames, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Annia, the manager, for going above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect pair. Her kindness, patience, and excellent customer service truly stood out. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and the quality of service. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great glasses and an amazing experience!

Annia made my experience at the eyeglass store absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find the perfect pair of glasses, and made sure everything fit comfortably and looked great. Annia is an amazing store manager at the eyeglass store! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel welcomed and valued. She is professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help customers find exactly what they need. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about both her team and her customers. Thanks to Annia’s outstanding leadership and customer service, this is one of the best eyeglass stores I’ve visited. Highly recommend!

Liza is extremely helpful and kind, however Annia/Anna supposedly the manager is very hoggish, impatient and extremely rude when i asked what my daughters PD is for the order she refused to give me saying order was not finalized and she cannot let me know PD...the most disgraceful manager ever!!! For an old lady she probably needs to retire and go to packing groceries where she is not interacting with customers!!! In my book Liza, 5 stars ANNIA negative and infinity and beyond ZERO stars. She should not be the face of customer service or patient care or even customer care. I called at 620pm to speak to Liza. I also asked what time are they closing she said in 10 minutes. She said call back tommorro. I told her i would like to hold. ANNIA had me on hold for eternity and did not let me talk to Liza. It is now 638 and im still on hold and they probably closed by now. She didnt have the audicity to continue the conversation. Annia needs some proper customer service skills in how to speak to patients instead of talking down to them. She needs to be more like Liza and learn from her instead of being an older lady without any respect for another person of culture, creed & race. I am so glad I did not have to deal with Annia and her old impatient attitude I the store. However on the phone she got away with it.

Jacob and Dr. George are absolutely amazing! Jacob took time to help us pick out frames, check our insurance, and get us squared away. I highly recommend this location!
