Walmart Vision Center – St. Cloud

I was with my friend at this Vision Center and the lady that works with the doctor is very friendly, and helpful. She explained all the process step by step. The doctor always dilate your eyes is not an option, is a guarantee he is taking good care of your eyes. If that is something you don’t agree you are free to go somewhere else and find a place that does not have high quality expectations of service and don’t dilate your eyes. Under Florida Administrative Code Rule 64B13-30.10 Says that “a pharmacologic dilated fundus examination is legally required for a patient's initial presentation.”

if I could give a negative one, I would. absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. They mandated saying it’s a Florida law that I have to dilate my eyes when that is not true whatsoever. I didn’t want my eyes should get dilated, and I have every right to say that, and the front desk lady was the rudest person I’ve ever met. She was so rude. Terrible customer service. She didn’t give customer service like she should. Absolutely the worst person ever.

This review deserves 100 stars for Mari that helped me order my glasses. She was very sweet and personable. She did her best to get me what I needed out of my vision insurance. She was a joy to spend time with! Thank you for a wonderful experience

I had a excellent experience in this center for years, I have brought in my sons and daughters here, Dr. Gruber is excellent and gives the best and most accurate vision prescriptions and Mr. James is super knowledgeable and an amazing person to talk to about lenses, frames, fitting, etc, he fits your lenses and frames as comfortable as possible for you, I highly recommend this place to anyone and their families

Had a great experience and received excellent customer service as well. Optician James was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. I recommend to come visit him for your Eyewear!
