Walmart Vision Center – Winter Garden

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough wonderful things about the Walmart Vision Center! I've been coming here for the past five years, and every single visit has been an amazing experience. Mariela López and Francis are absolutely exceptional. They are always friendly, welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They take the time to answer all of my questions and help me choose the perfect frames and lenses for my needs. I never feel rushed, and they always make sure I leave completely satisfied. Their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and genuine care keep me coming back year after year. They truly go above and beyond for their customers, and it shows. If you're looking for the best place to get your glasses, I highly recommend the Walmart Vision Center. Thank you, Mariela and Francely, for making every visit such a pleasant experience. Be careful when you buy something there because they charge you $25 for a guarantee that they don’t cover later. Also, they put a paper with the time you have to pick up on top of the receipt so you don’t notice they’re charging you $25 extra. I called 1-800 and No, it’s not something you have to pay as the staff said to me. It’s OPTIONAL. I’ve never bought it but I paid for it. She said it’s just for a receipt purpose, but the price of the frame you have to add the $25, and it’s a lie. You don’t have to! So, don’t be stupid like I was and look what you’re paying for.

This is my 2 nd time purchasing glasses here. Sam is the man! Helpful in picking out glasses. Very through, friendly and knowledgeable. I have sent many people to Sam. I prefer Sam to anyone else. Worth waiting for him

I had a wonderful experience at the Walmart Vision Center thanks to Francis. My mother’s glasses had broken, and we were worried about how long it would take to fix the issue , but Francis was incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient. She helped us right away and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and with great care.
