This the best experience I’ve had in a vision center. Not only did they give me great service but Leidy and Maksym were extremely nice. I’m bringing my entries family here to do their glasses. Also everything was extremely affordable 10/10 experience
I walked into Walmart Vision center. I had the pleasure of meeting the center Vision Manager Nneka Wint. She went above and beyond to assist me. I would highly recommend this location. 5 stars for Nneka!!! Great customer service!!!!!
Stay away! Dr. Farin G. Boyle Was very rude and impatient! From the moment I walked into the exam room he had an attitude and got very angry when I read the wrong line by mistake. I politely stopped the exam & requested a refund. Overly priced and poor service.
On August 29, 2025, I visited the Walmart in Hollywood, Florida, located at 301 South State Road, for an eye exam. Initially, I was pleased with the lady at the front desk, who was polite and helpful. However, my experience with the optometrist was far from satisfactory. He was extremely rude and condescending, treating me as if I were a child for leaving my glasses at home. Additionally, he seemed to be rushing the exam, which resulted in an incorrect prescription. On September 9, 2025, I had to return to the same optometrist, Dr. Farin G. Boyle, for a second visit. Unfortunately, he refused to take responsibility for his mistake and instead blamed me for possibly having diabetes. This explanation made no sense to me, as I still had the same prescription as I had on September 2023. Since I had a copy of my previous prescription, he simply copied it over to the new prescription without performing his job properly. I will not be visiting Dr. Farin G. Boyle again. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid him.
Excellent experience!! This is my second time getting glasses here. Always outstanding service. Their prices are good and so is their selection of frames. There was a problem with my glasses, and Nick (the manager) went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was amicably resolved. John and Carolina were also very helpful. The entire staff was cordial and professional.
