I've been with the doctor for over four years, and he's excellent! But unfortunately, his supervisor and assistant leave a lot to be desired with their care. I spent three days trying to reach them, but it was impossible. They called me back after three. I asked him the question, and he promised to call me right away. He called me back two days later. The excuse he gave me was that they were closing. I hope the doctor reads this and considers changing his team, since it makes him look bad.

My glasses broke on the first day of my vacation - I went to the optical center in store 5214 to see if there was any way my glasses could be temporarily repaired. Andrea was able to help me temporarily repair my glasses while I waited for my other frames to arrive overnight from home. Once I received my other frames Sheryl was able to help me the next day to swap the lenses out. Sheryl and Andrea were so polite, kind, and helpful! Thank you so much to both of them!

Sheryl, the manager, is a licensed optician and she was so incredible today. I came in very frustrated with my experience with contacts thus far and she was able to settle my doubts, explain things to me that not even the optometrist did, and in the end I left having ordered my new glasses and contacts. I’m very happy with my purchase. FYI, they do not work on commission so you know they’re really just trying to help you make good choices about your lenses. Finally, during checkout she was very patient with a gift card I wanted to use and she went above and beyond. Instead of giving up right away she really tried to make the gift card work. She’s an out-of-the-box thinker and truly cares for the buyer. 100% go see Sheryl!

The staff members were exceptional! The optometrist was very patient and reassuring with my daughter. Both my daughter and I learned so much more about eyes during our visit because the optometrist took the time to explain everything to us. The staff made us feel right at home and communicated with my daughter in such a positive way. My co pay was cheap! After our visit we went right next door to pick out my daughters glasses and the ladies there were super kind. I was surprised to find out that my daughter could get transitional lenses! I saw all the other bad reviews so I took a chance to see for myself (since I needed the glasses before thanksgiving break) and I am so glad I did because we should have my daughters new glasses before our trip! We had such a wonderful experience, I strongly encourage people to see for themselves. :)

Miguel was so helpful and gracious to my friend! 10/10 customer service and would definitely recommend anyone to stop on by!
