These ladies were amazing. It took a minute for me to get in there. The doctor only accepts cash. But very helpful. Working as fast and efficient as they can. I had a great experience for the second time
Dr. Nita Thakor is amazing!! She is super sweet and professional, also efficient without rushing. Great price for the eye exam if you don't have insurance and need to pay cash. All the other ladies are super sweet and helpful too!
Lenses came from optical outlet at the mall the frames were garbage three different times three different sets of frames I have broken optical outlet does not guarantee their frames no matter the time that they break after going to optical outlet to buy a pair of replacement frames the receptionist said they did not do that but that I could sign in and talk to a sales rep about replacing the glasses so I signed in sit down called Walmart Lisa in the vision center told me they may be able to match the frames up if I wanted to bring the lenses to them I took the old frames and lenses and left optical outlet immediately and went to Walmart once I was there Lisa and a co-worker picked out a pair of frames that actually worked and now I have glasses thanks to Walmart and no thanks to optical outlet who did not want to sell me a pair of replacement frames for eyeglasses that I purchased from them I will go to Walmart's vision for now on the two employees that I met was very nice considerate and knowledgeable on how to handle the situation that I was having without trying to make me purchase a complete pair of glasses thank you guys Rodney Gene
First they sell you an extended warranty, then they tell you you can only exchange at the same store you purchased from. 300 miles away. Never again Walmart, never get another dime from me.
It is hard to find things at walmart that exceed expectations but their vision center and staff at our Lake City Florida location do! They have a great selection of frames and the staff is friendlier than the other optical stores in town. The prices as you would expect at walmart are very good and they offer Nikon lenses with all the typical options just like the others.
