Walmart Visioncenter

I’ve been to the Walmart Vision Center four times now for my eyeglasses, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff are very knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. They take the time to answer questions, explain options clearly, and make sure everything fits comfortably before you leave. The doctor is very good. He is thorough, patient, and attentive during the eye exam. He takes time to explain the results, checks your vision carefully, and makes sure you understand your prescription and eye health. I never felt rushed during the appointment, which I really appreciated. Mrs. Hall, the manager, is also very kind and helpful. She makes sure customers are taken care of and that everything runs smoothly in the office. Her friendly attitude and professionalism really stand out. The service has been consistently excellent each time I’ve gone. From the eye exam to choosing frames and picking up my glasses, the process has always been smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend the Walmart Vision Center to anyone looking for quality eye care and great customer service! 👓

Terrible, Dr and staff didn’t say a word that he didn’t take my insurance. They charged me for anti glair and didn’t say a word or ask me a question. Was all pretend nice say thanks for my service and crap but didn’t tell me anything about my insurance or ask about glair crap. Just terrible

Dr. Lotspeich is about the nicest man you'll meet. He's detailed, respectful, patient, and caring -- a real pro. He has many years of experience, and he shoots you straight. The prices are extremely fair, and they do a lot as part of the eye exam. He spends plenty of time examining you and reviewing your history, and he is conscientious about getting your prescription just right.

I was told they were quite busy and had to schedule an appointment for a week and a half away. I was quoted a figure. I came in for my appointment to find out I was lowballed and must spend considerably more money! And then told me they couldn’t do what I originally asked after seeing that good. And as I was leaving they said oh no we could do it I misunderstood which of course was nine cents they wanted to sell me new frames!! And then started laughing at me and the negative attitude began, they were very disrespectful wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!
