Melani was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The adjustment was quick and free of charge. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The renovation really transformed the vision center. I love the wide variety of frames. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews claiming that Melani was rude or condescending. She went out of her way to accommodate us with a smile on her face. I would recommend her to anyone based on my experience, so please don't be discouraged to come here.

I purchased a pair of glasses a couple of months ago & came in for an adjustment. Mya & Krystal were both there happy to help. They gave me my complimentary adjustment & an eyeglass cleaner kit. The sweetest most welcoming ladies you’ll meet, 10/10 experience.

Great customer service. Even though I arrived at the closing time, they checked my insurance, helped me with the glasses selection. She was very welcoming.
