Rebekah, the manager, has a delightful personality. Additionally, she is knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful. She certainly represents WalMart in an exemplary manner.

Excellent experience getting my eye exam and new prescription. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish the rest of the Walmart store had employees as nice and polite as the vision center.

I went to the Walmart Eye Center in Dunnellon on Father’s Day needing replacement eyeglasses after mine broke while checking fuses on my 1983 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. I called ahead and spoke with Rebekah, asking if they could sell me a frame off the shelf and fit my existing lenses. Despite it being a holiday, she not only answered the phone but saw me right away. She was incredibly polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. She took a few minutes to find the right frame for my lenses, fitted them perfectly, and had me on my way quickly. I’ve seen some negative reviews mentioning her being on the phone, but that was not my experience at all—she was fully focused on helping me. It’s been five years since I lost my father, and this was the first Father’s Day I did something for myself—getting new glasses that actually fit comfortably. The previous pair had a broken side and were uncomfortable to wear. Rebekah made the whole experience easy and respectful. Great service. Highly recommend.

When my prescription wasnt right Nisha went over and above to make things right. Let me know how to handle my insurance company so they would pay for the right one. Also just worked tirelessly to get it done before the end of the year. This woman needs a raise.
