I had such a fantastic experience at the Walmart vision center on gulf breeze pkwy yesterday! It was my first time in & definitely won’t be my last. Rebekah was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable & professional. She addressed my issue and got my lenses swapped out in no time. Genuine customer care is hard to find these days & Rebekah is a huge asset no doubt. Thank you!

I was just trying to make an appointment. And with the insurance I have I can only get glasses every 4 years. The last doctor was amazing and I was trying to set up an appointment again. It's a new doctor that doesn't take any form of insurance. So if you're low on budget don't book an appointment at this Walmart eye doctor.
I went to Walmart Vision for my eye exam, and was absolutely blown away by my service. The Optometrist was extremely thorough to make sure my prescription was accurate. When it was time to pick frames, the ladies upfront were very helpful and so so friendly. They have hundreds of frames to choose from and even carry name brands such as RayBan, Coach, Vogue & True Religion. A couple of the ladies even voted to help me make my final frame decision. Very affordable and stylish options. I would highly recommend the Vision Center at Walmart.
I have been here before and they were slow and somewhat rude but they were busy and the stress of work is real. However I wasn’t even able to make contact with them. After 4 different phone calls, near 10-15 minutes, just to have them hang up on me, send me to a different department, and then just let the line continue to ring until it beeps incessantly is ridiculous. At least pick up and say “I’m sorry. At the moment we’re extremely busy. Can we take a name and number to call back?” Not hard. The Navarre vision center picked up after about 1-2 rings, so if you can’t reach them I would try there. Best of luck and hopefully they are ok.
Maranda: Helped me with information on my Glasses order from an other store that had its phone service down. Very professional service. Thank you Maranda
