Date 08/01/2026. Worst customer service ever! The moment that my mom and I enter the store a lady in a rude way stated " I am the only one working today, so you will have to wait 10 to 15 min". In the store there was only one person looking at glasses. I then asked her if the Doctor was available for an eye exam and if we needed to make an appointment. This rude employee stated in an aggressive tone " What do you mean? I don't do an eye exam because I am not a Doctor obviously" I decided to finish the conversation and I told her she was having an aggressive tone of voice and an attitude towards us when we were just asking a question. There is no need to be rude, you just lost 2 customers. Never again. If you are that overwhelmed or stress, please don't be rude, be kind and nice!

Krystal was a great help. She was thorough with explanations and was able to answer all my question. She also was very patient when helping adjust my glasess. If you need glasses see Krystal.

My prescription was issued incorrectly, so I called later since my glasses had a three-month warranty. However, they wanted me to pay again for an eye exam, claiming that seven months had passed since my last one, even though a prescription is valid for one year. When I called, the person who answered the phone at Lady Lake Vision Center was rude instead of trying to resolve the issue. I will never have an eye exam at Walmart Vision Center again. Very bad experience.

Update: 1 Year Later - Had to have my frames fixed/realigned. Brad provided amazing customer service. Can't recommend them enough. ____________ Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices... 5/5, will return for my next pair! Just returned a couple weeks later to have my glasses tightened, Brad was an amazing help. Went way above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied.

I bought and paid for my sons father‘s glasses last year. He has since passed away. I called to get the prescription on the glasses so I can find somebody in need of them that doesn’t have the money to pay for them. The lady I spoke with was unwilling to give me the prescription even though I paid for them, at the end of the conversation she finally offered to fax it to me but I do not have a fax in my home. If she was willing to fax it to me, then why couldn’t she give it to me over the phone? I called the wrong Walmart at first because I am in Colorado and the Walmart vision we used was in Florida, (where are my sons father was at the time) and the lady at the first Walmart was willing to help me out. The woman at this Walmart acted like it was a government secret she had to keep locked up. Thanks for the help. I do have to say though when we went there a year ago and ordered the glasses we did have a nice experience.
