I've been going there for a couple of years now. Everyone is so helpful and show empathy. Specifically on two different occasions... I was in a bind leaving for Disney the next day and Jim found me a frame in no time. Just today Cody tightened my frame arms and cleaned my glasses up for me. Excellent with people and always willing to help!

Probably the best customer service I’ve received. That comes from Cody and Chuck at Walmart Vision in Navarre, FL. My family and I were there on vacation from Louisiana and I bought a $156 pair of RayBan sunglasses soon after we arrived. During the purchase, Chuck was great and went above and beyond to assist me. The next day I noticed a small scratch on the left lens and went back due to their one year warranty. I saw Cody and they no longer had them in stock so he called around. No one else had them so he ordered them and said he would ship them to my store in Louisiana. After we returned home, Chuck called and said, “how about we ship them to your home rather than the store?” That was fine by me. The next day the new sunglasses arrived and they’re perfect. I’m very very pleased with their service. Great job, guys!

I would like to give a big shout out to Chuck and his crew. Best experience I have had in my 63 years of wearing glasses. They were very helpful, very professional and definitely went out of their way to accommodate me and save me money. Would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks guys. I'll be back.

After the horrible experience at the Fort Walton Beach store yesterday, we drove to the Navarra Walmart. We were greeted with a smile from Cody and asked if we needed help. He was engaged and friendly and looked up everything we needed right away. What a difference... day and night!
