Just had an eye exam and contact lenses fitting. The process was streamlined and done with professionalism and expertise. Wonderful staff all the way from reception to the doctor. Fairly priced and good products. Great experience all around.

Great experience! The eye doctor was professional, friendly, and very thorough. The staff made me feel comfortable, and the exam was quick but detailed. Highly recommend this place for eye care!
I was torn between leaving this review or not, but I believe it could potentially prevent others from experiencing similar issues or eye problems. So, here’s my experience with the medical section of this “eye doctor.” I visited them on a Saturday because I noticed a white spot inside my eye and was concerned. During the eye exam, the “doctor” assured me that it was nothing to worry about and that I could get some dry eye drops to treat it. She also suggested that if I noticed any redness in my eye, I could apply a compress to alleviate the discomfort. I asked her if it was normal to have white spots inside the brown part of my eye, as she had mentioned that they are usually located in the eye line. She reassured me that it was nothing to be concerned about. However, I felt something was off and went home. The eye just got worse. On Monday, I visited an eye specialist in Naples for a second opinion. It turned out that I had an infection in my eye, which was something to be worried about. The white spot in my eye was the infection, and it had grown significantly since I had visited the “eye doctor” on Saturday. I had been given dry eye drops by the “eye doctor,” which were not an antibiotic, which is what I needed. If I hadn’t gone to another eye doctor, I don’t know what could have happened to my eye. Don’t get me wrong, the lady at the front desk was very nice, and the “doctor” was also kind. However, it was evident that she lacked experience. When she examined my eye, it was very noticeable that she didn’t know what it was. If you have any medical concerns, please DO NOT go to this Walmart. And on top of everything I paid $80 for nothing.
Great customer service! The staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire visit. Everything was explained clearly and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend!
