From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome, and the entire appointment was efficient and professional. ​I have to give a huge shout-out to Nicole, who was absolutely wonderful. She was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensuring all my needs where well taken care of. You can tell they really care about their patients here. ​If you’re looking for a vision center that combines top-tier expertise with genuine, friendly service, I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back for my future eye care needs!

I went in for an eye exam and had a really good experience overall. The staff was welcoming right from the start, and everything moved along without a long wait, which I appreciated. The doctor was kind, patient, and explained things in a way that actually made sense—not rushed or overly technical. That made a big difference for me. Picking out glasses was a decent experience too! All in all, I left feeling taken care of, and I’d definitely go back.

I had a wonderful experience at the punta gorda walmart vision center. Kari and the entire crew, were absolutely fabulous. Fitted me with glasses that have been approved by all my friends. The price was great and better than other places even with my insurance! I will be back when I need new glasses and highly recommend this vision center!

I had a great experience at Walmart on Taylor Rd the first time was April ordered glasses with Jamie Dodd and she was great, I didn't know that they optometrist I went to prior (not Walmart) did not do my prescription correctly, so I went to another optometrist and found out that the first one was completely wrong. Jamie had to call a manager in another Walmart because theirs was not there, she went the extra mile for me....then called my insurance and they let me redo my insurance.. She is awesome!!! I cannot thank her enough for her great customer service, the other employees wouldn't even try for me when I went there the Friday before! They right away said our "manager is off for 2 weeks"!! Pass the buck, BUT not Jamie Dodd she took the challenge on and she accomplished making her customer VERY HAPPY!! Thanks Jamie :) you're awesome!!! I will go there and get glasses again as long as Jamie is there!!!

Keirstyn was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful and assisted me with every question or concern I had! She was very professional, understanding and sweet!
