Walmart Visioncenter

This review is long overdue. I walked into Walmart Vision Center needing some assistance with my current prescription and frames. Kazandra Oropeza was extremely professional and gracious enough to assist me. I appreciated her kindness and her going out the way for me. I figured the least I could do is write this review to let her superiors know that she is certainly an employee worth investing in and keeping around for the long haul.

Kasandra O. Was absolutely amazing when I was a customer in the vision center at the Lewisville Walmart. I came in several times prior to purchasing my glasses and each time she waited very very patiently on me and answer my questions. She is very knowledgeable and she took the time to explain every pacific detail to me. Today upon arrival, I was very excited to see that she was here doing the Wednesday of the snowstorm still waiting on customers very patiently. I picked up my glasses today and again she took the time to explain every detail to me about my new nuance audio glasses. A very big thank you to her and I want to let her know that I appreciate her so much

I have been coming to the store for almost 16 years. I think Susan has helped me with at least four or five pairs of glasses. She especially but the entire staff are always very professional and cheerful. Today I was also helped by Mauricio. Love you guys keep up the good work. You make it easy.

I have been coming here for a while and always have such a pleasant visit. All of the workers here are amazing and kind! Mrs. Suzan does a good job at making you feel welcomed, relaxed, and she is very helpful. I highly recommend.
