One of The Best Experience of my life I!! I'm not having a hard time believing it... I just am hoarse from shouting and Praising God 4 it. Especially when I thought I'd have to go to relatives for a payday loan. God worked it Out!! I highly recommend the attentive and personal solutions given by the staff here. No high pressure techniques, just solutions how they can improve our vision.
I stopped in a few weeks ago to get the nose guard fixed on my boyfriends glasses. To my surprise, Pam repaired them and refused to let me pay for them. She was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. She was like a breath of fresh air. I only wish the rest of the staff at this location were more like her! Thank you, Pam! 😘
I ordered my new glasses today. Holland was very professional and Knowledgeble. She took time to discuss all of my options and even called my insurance provider to straighten out an issue. I felt like she was genuinely concerned that I got what was best for me. Holland proved today that great customer service does still exsist in some places. She is a huge asset to your company!
Uuuhhhgggg! So infuriated with myself as I'm not locating the slip of paper with her name...Kachera? Catera? This young lady was a redemptive force towards my review of the Walmart in Selma, AL. She was professional, efficient, and refreshingly courteous in assisting me yesterday. I'd purchased a pair of glasses in January, and a week ago I ran over them with my lawn mower. On the way out to the car with my groceries, I walked in the vision center, showed her the glasses after she greeted me kindly, and she told me to put them on the desk, as she was assisting another customer. I took my groceries to the car, and when I returned, the glasses were repaired! I was deliriously elated. She is an example of public service at its best, which is quite rare these days. I hope her superiors will access this and merit her accordingly🥇💸🌟
