They might as well ask for your social security number to rent a truck. Smug fella at the counter told me that due to recent theft driving Uhaul near bankruptcy they need the contact information of another family member, when I asked about their privacy policy they said don't worry about it... the first three lines of their privacy policy state that unrelated third parties are not covered in their policy, and if I didn't give them my parents phone number I could take a hike. So be prepared to expose your family's personal contact information which employees, & any uhaul staff can do with what they please including selling that information for marketing purposes. Super innapropriate, Uhaul had better hope he doesnt start getting marketing or scam calls or they are gonna start getting them from me. They claimed it was a new nationwide policy, but if that's the case Uhaul needs to protect tertiary parties private contact information. Very unprofessional.

Will NEVER use this U-Haul Location again. They had the wrong miles on the truck when I began the rent. I took a picture and showed them when I returned it and they gave me a hard time and refused to refund the extra miles they charged me. Super rude. I’ve had this problem before with other locations and they fixed it with a refund with no issue. They told me not their problem and go dispute it with my bank. Stay away from here. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Called customer service and they issued me a refund.

Rude staff. Clean facility. I was dropping off boxes for the take a box leave a box program, Was told I could only drop off boxes as long as they're u-haul boxes (which they all clearly were), despite there clearly being boxes not u-haul branded already in the box drop-off. Employee didn't seem to care when I pointed this out. Seems like he was trying to start a confrontation. Won't be returning.
