Walmart Visioncenter

I was having some decline in vision so I decided to make an appointment in the vision center in the Shorewood store. I was met by Beverly who was extremely friendly and quickly helped me even though she was working alone. I was then seen by Dr. Chawla. FABULOUS!! She was patient and did not rush me. She gave me all my options and was very helpful! If you need any eye exam I'd highly recommend her!

Khloe is very rude and can’t multitask. I called for one hour straight. She answered the phone saying, “Please hold”, each time that I called when I only had one simple question. I was on hold each time for a minimum of ten minutes until I hung up the phone and called again. Very ridiculous. Employees need better training when dealing with customers.

The staff at the vision center was amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful with all my eye care needs. From the exam to trying new frames they were all extremely helpful and kind.

I was in recently to use my insurance before the end of the year and had a great experience with Dr. Petro and staff. Office was really clean and lots of options to choose from. Elliot and Cheri provided excellent customer service in helping me pick out my new frames and making the whole process painless! I will definitely be back!

This place has the worst customer service whoever the lady is in the office has to be the worst. I went in here twice thinking maybe the first time was a bad day. The second time she pretty much told me I can’t help you because your prescription for glasses it isn’t on paper. I’m thinking so you can’t at least tell me how much my frames are with my insurance?
