Walmart Visioncenter

They really went above and beyond to correct the computer issue that delayed my order. They are always nice when I call and stop in. The doctor is professional, thorough and was understanding of my circumstances and needs. I recently relocated to the area and this was my first time using a Walmart Vision Center for anything. I would definitely recommend.

I never had the problems that I am having this time! Went to get an eye test and new glasses. The 1st lab could not do the prescription so they sent it to a specialty lab now I went on the 24th of July! They did not call me to tell me they were sending them to another lab. I called them to see what was the hold up as they did not call on the day the glasses were suppose to be in. It is now the 11th of August and I am still waiting! They need a more prompt lab for customers who need specialty glasses. Customers would not go if they did not need them. I recommend if you need glasses go where they have a in lab so you are not stranded waiting on glasses that you need. Apologies does not help at all. Get in gear.

I went for an eye exam, as I was terribly overdue. I am always nervous because I've been wearing glasses almost my entire life, and I've had some pretty bad experiences at other places. Dr. G was fantastic during my exam. He explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of my questions. He was very pleasant during the eye exam, and I was impressed! The selection of frames was also wonderful. There are many to choose from in several different shapes that flatter all different face types. I would like to add that they have an array of cute and affordable frames as well as a selection of designer. Lindsey, the manager helped me pick out a pair of prescription sunglasses and they are amazing (did I mention she also saved me money?). During the process, Rem was also a big help to me in the eye center. All of the staff were patient and kind. They answered my questions, helped save me some money, and were pleasant to be around! 5 Stars. Will go back for as long as I need glasses. My prescription was spot-on and I see much better out of my new glasses and sunglasses. Their office is incredibly clean and well-maintained. Compared to other places I have been in the past, I would say they've done better than most in customer service AND cleanliness!

I asked to fix my glasses it so bad I can't even where glasses it where it was sliding down my nose they missed with the ears when I just asked for the nose to be fix I wouldn't come back ever again

I was treated with the utmost kindness. The staff instantly come to help you, you don't wait forever to be seen. Dr G was so pleasant and took his time in explaining things like going from my normal monthly contacts to the daily. He didn't seem rushed or uncaring. Like he actually likes his job. The other staff members were also as helpful. I feel terrible I don't remember their names as they deserve the individual credit. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Walmart vision center team!!!
