This visit was very pleasant. I saw Dr. Packard and she took the time to explain everything to me and to tell me what my options were. I felt very comfortable with her and her knowledge. I would highly recommend her.
Very nice people. Excellent doctor took time to explain my eye issue. I appreciate that. Would definitely tell anybody to use this eye doctor service. Everybody was on time. No problems at all. Place is nice and clean. Easy to find a parking spot.
While this location is no longer convenient for me I keep coming back. Not just from familiarity but, because of the excellent care they provide. Their in depth analysis of the health of my eyes is as good as I can imagine. Dr. Ledford takes her time to thoroughly examine my eyes and fully explains where I stand with regard to the health of my sight.
Wow! My son recommended Opticare vision center and I had my exam today. The staff-amazing! Dr Ledford- best ever! Truly listened to me, offered suggestions, empathetic to my concerns, and I just found my new optometrist after years of exams with a variety of optometrists.
It was my first time going to Opticare, it was an excellent experience. My examination by Dr. Ledford was thorough and she answered all of my questions in detail. Colleen was extremely helpful when finding the right frames for me. The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. They will be continuing to see me for my optical care.
