I initially went there to schedule an eye exam and get new glasses. However, the employee accidentally locked herself out of the system while trying to check my insurance coverage. She assured me they'd call as soon as the issue was resolved so we could continue, but I never received a call. When I returned the next day, I was told she was still locked out and that only the manager could fix it... but the manager was on a vacation. You're telling me there's no way to resolve this issue, leaving them without a manager to handle critical tasks like accessing insurance information? What about all the other customers who need similar assistance? I’m more frustrated with how this place is managed than with the employees themselves. They're stuck without proper support and can't access the essential tools they need to assist customers. I won’t be returning. For anyone wondering why the service is lacking, don't take it out on the staff, they’re simply caught in a situation created by poor management and inadequate training.

Paid my original bill. Vision center then sent me a notice that I owed $70 more after original bill was paid. Paid $70 at vision center at store. Corporate sent me a letter claiming I still owed $70 for services month after paying bill at store. Keep receipts for proof or will continue to claim you owe it still after paid off. Ended up costing more with insurance than if I paid for it in cash. Update, just got a third bill stating I owe $70 more after paying both previous bills.
The staff was rude beyond belief. Would not allow me to be with my children due to Covid and insisted they fill out their paperwork. Children filling out Paperwork. I booked 2 appointments back to back for my daughters and refused to let me in with them and I had to stand outside not allowing me to assist in the picking out and getting insurance billed properly. Needless to say we left and will spend our money elsewhere.
I made an appointment with them approx five min after my shift at work the day my glasses broke.... it took two weeks to get an appointment which I was not pleased about but understood. When I got to my appointment I checked in and was told that they had no appointment for me that day or at all for that matter. I pulled out my phone and showed them the day and time that I called from my phone log. They told me they were sorry but there was nothing they could do and that they could make me a new appointment two weeks out. I agreed, but went somewhere else that same day . I'll have my glasses before I even would have had my appointment..... I didn't cancel the appointment.... lol they can be surprised
I have been going to the eye center since 2013. When I got my eye exam done, my insurance company covered my glasses exam, I had to pay for my contact measurements. I went to order contacts, and was told they have no record of me paying or even getting my exam done. In fact, there was one paper in my file. My EOB shows I recieved and paid for my measurements and script.
