I have received two pairs of glasses from this location over the past 3 years. I LOVE them. They really take their time to make sure you have selected the right frame and lense options that are best for you and your daily life. They also have a beautiful variety of frames to choose from. I have received soooo many compliments!! Warm and welcoming staff... knowledgeable and professional doctors... what more could I ask for. They even fixed a defective spring assembly in my new pair for free and in only a few minutes!!

If I could give less than one star, I would! After Portage Rd. Walmart closed, they made Dr. Damm go to Benton Harbor and this store replaced two of the BEST employees with some woman that was more concerned with getting her short finger gloves on, then didn't listen when I spelled my last name. Told me they didn't take my Humana Medicare and after another employee said that they did....searched around for an insurance form for close to 5 minutes instead of just finding me an appt first. Where in the world did they find her at???? I'll go someplace else, plenty of optometrists in this town.
I have been seeing Dr. Glass for almost 20 yrs. The one time I called because I was not seeing well with my contacts, I was treated so poorly. I was trying to ascertain whether I had the correct prescription box and the right numbers and was not only not given that information but the person would only tell me "the right eye is for astigmatism left is the regular ) she slowed down on that part emphasizing it as though I was mentally handicapped. and would interrupt me and told me I have to have a whole new eye exam and pay the whole fee since I am past 6 months. I have had contacts for 30 yrs . It was about a week past 6 months. Was so rude to me.. I did speak to Dr. Glass who wanted to check the script and it was correct and said she wanted to see me to see how they fit and check them and that was free. However, after that I cannot go back into that store, in fact, I don't even want to drive within a mile from that store.
They told me I didn't have a appointment for 24th today and said it was 21st. They didn't call to tell me. Also they where kinda rude to me about it because of my insurance. Smh.
Very nice staff! Really helped me choose my glasses to a more professional look. Great selection.
