Kristine went above and beyond in helping me with my needs. She adjusted my son's glasses and helped replace my frames. She was so courteous and nice it felt as though I was at a chik fila with that signature 10👏 out of 10👏 customer service. She deserves at least a couple raises. Highly recommend
After having a bad experience with Americas best next door, we decided to give them a try and we are so glad we did! Missy aka Melissa was super helpful & friendly! She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation. Dr is also very nice guy, they even offered a couple free contacts.
Went to get glasses recently and was helped by Missy. She was absolutely wonderful. Extremely helpful in picking out something new and different for me. She was very knowledgeable and simply a pleasant person to talk to. Absolutely would go back. And my glasses came in today and are perfect.
I had such a pleasant experience visiting this location! Normally, I go to Deptford, but I'm a tad closer to Millville now, so I figured I'd switch it up. I am so glad I did! (Not that there were problems at Deptford. I liked it there too) The doctor was sooo nice and personable. The technician, Melissa, was amazing. She made me feel like I was her friend, and we were just having coffee together and not going through glasses paperwork! I also noticed that tons of people stop by and say hi, they're not even there to get glasses, just shopping at Walmart! That's how great these guys are! Not to mention, if you dont have insurance (or not so great insurance), Walmart Vision is where it's at! My vision is horrible so my lenses are already an arm and a leg. Plus I get contact lenses too, so that's even more money. Well, I got the exact frames I wanted, six months worth of contact lenses, and a second pair of glasses. I paid less money than I expected to pay for ONE PAIR. Melissa also made sure I got the most bang for my buck! It only took a week for everything to come in. Highly recommend!
Exams are cheap and affordable even without insurance coverage. Frames range from around $10 - $180 depending on what brand and quality you’re looking for. Basic lenses are only $15.00 per eye. Went in, picked out lenses and got an exam. Took about 30min total and within 2-3 days I received my glasses completely ready with no issues at all. Amazing and helpful staff. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.
