We were pleasantly surprised and exceedingly happy to have met Lynette in the vision center. My husband had the screw fall out of his glasses. And Lynette fixed it promptly and with great kindness. Thanks Lynette!!

Shantel saved my trip! I should have had made an appointment 2 months ago but I didn’t. When I called to make an appointment, I was informed that the soonest available appointment was in April. Well I was bummed out. I asked to be put on a cancellation list. Not that anyone ever looks at the cancellation list. The next week, Shantel called me and got me in the next day! Dr Van Kesteren is my favorite optometrist and so very kind! Everyone I have encountered at the office is very professional, Respectful and patient. Vicente greeted me warmly right away and made sure I did all my check in paperwork. I was in and out in no time.
Shantel has experience in customer service. I wanted to just make a few purchases but she went above and beyond by helping adjusting my glasses too. I greatly appreciate her assistance. 🤙🏽
Went in to get my sunglasses adjusted. Did not buy them at Walmart. Asked if they would help,and Lynette did the job perfectly. Very on point. I tried to tip her but she refused. I have contacts and eye glasses and I am going to switch to Carlisle Walmart,just for the attentive professional service.
