worst place ever. if i wanted to type everything that is wrong it would take hours. dont go here

Friendly when we got the glasses but not too helpful with poor quality. I bought a pair of glasses in February 2025 and several months later I got caught in the rain. When I wiped off the lenses they got all messed up. I couldn't hardly see out of them. I took them in to the center and was asked if I got the insurance. No. She said it looks like the coating is coming off. I thought that too. She said I must have got something on them. I said rain. She said there is nothing they can do. I said I have never had that happen with glasses before. Nothing can be done. Why bother with the insurance when the quality is so poor. I will never use Walmart Vision ever again. We declined the insurance because we take care of our stuff. If you decide to use these people go ahead and get their insurance to cover their poor quality. They cured me of trusting WalMart. ZENNI is the way to go, if you ask me.

I have been going to Walmart Vision for many years and have always been treated with kindness and the staff is so helpful and friendly. Monica the manager is great, friendly and very knowledgeable. I tell everybody to go there to get their glasses.
