I was dubious about telemedicine specifically with optometry, having had glasses since I was 6. The entire experience was quicker than expected and the accuracy of my prescription seemed better than my last traditional visit, which was unexpected and massively appreciated. I was happy enough with my experience that I took advantage of their discount for purchasing a 2nd pair the following week. Repeat business is the best review right?
Juanita and her team are professional and quick. Been getting my glasses from them for over 5 years now and anytime I have an issue with my glasses (such as my toddler getting ahold of them and bending them a bit) they are super friendly and quick to get them tweaked back into shape. When getting new frames or lenses they make sure everything is just how I want it and have no problems adjusting them multiple times if need be. Thank you all for all of your help over the years!
Just got my first pair of glasses after 20 years! Wonderful experience all around. Shout out to Brenda and Juanita for helping me pick out transitions to help with my light sensitivity and headaches. They were very patient with adjustments to make sure my glasses fit perfectly! Highly recommend :)
