Walmart Visioncenter

Very disappointing experience. We were waiting patiently and were abruptly told, in a rude tone, that there was a wait and that we should go shop. We were never greeted, and staff spoke to us while our backs were turned. The issue wasn’t the wait time, it was the lack of friendliness and respect. It left us feeling unwelcome and unsure whether leaving would just result in an even longer wait when we returned. Overall, extremely poor customer service.

Absolutely 5 Stars for Jessica in The Onalaska Walmart Vision Center! After a couple years, my eyeglass frames broke. I really liked the frames and style so I went to the Walmart Store in Onalaska, WI. but because they were an older model they did not stock them in the store anymore. Jessica told me to go on walmart.com and order them and I could bring them back and she would put my lenses back into the frames. So I ordered the frames online and saved $100 compared to what the same frames cost a couple years ago. A week later I went back to Walmart store and reminded Jessica of what she had said the week before. She said no problem and put my glasses all back together for me with a smile! Wow, Excellent customer service!!!

I went to Walmart for the first time to get prescription eyeglasses and I was really happy with my experience. Everyone was super helpful and friendly! I will definitely be going back.

They are looking for the frames I wanted last Month. We are hopeful that they will find them soon. Keep up the good work.😊

Been going to WalMart Optical for 8 plus years. For myself(mom 47) and my daughter. Who has a serious eye disease. That requires special care and contacts. While we also see doctors at the local hospital. We go to WalMart for fast, easy, affordable glasses in between. Today we saw Dr. Ruprecht again (he prescribed my daughters first pair of glasses after being told at a hospital clinic they were not needed, they were incorrect) years ago. I could not be happier, more impressed or pleased with his care. He was meticulous! Engaging, asking questions, double checking, taking his time in making sure she got the best care and most effective prescription. She does see best with her specialized contact lenses. She wears her glasses just as much. The young women who we followed up with to pick frames and place the order with was just as impressive! Engaging, fun, full of information. I hope these people stay a long time so we can work with them again and again!
