Excellent, excellent! Helpful staff. Knowledgable staff. Friendly, but not over bearing. Excellent selection of frames and color choices. The staff was very helpful in sharing information regarding what was available to make my frames customizable. I ordered two pairs of glasses using my prescription - sunglasses and regular glasses with progressive lenses. The experience was great! Will shop this store again.

Really great service all around. I’ve had getting a contact lense exam and ordering new contact lenses on my to-do list for a very long time. I literally got to my last contact lens, so had to go ASAP and should’ve done it sooner. Really prompt, friendly service, no upselling of services and they got exactly what I was looking for and didn’t push for more. Much more affordable than you’d assume. Really happy I went there. I wasn’t looking to order new glasses but at this point I think I will, since they make it all so easy.

Very impressed. First time going to Warby Parker. Prior to going, I had my insurance verified. There were follow up emails. The staff was friendly, helpful, very informative. The doctor was thorough and also friendly. Explained everything. A casual atmosphere w/o being rushed to choose frames.

I needed some help with my glasses and Jessica who works here was so efficient and nice. They have the best glasses ever. I’ve been a WP customer for many years. (When they were only at the Standard hotel on Sunset) Have purchased several pairs for my spouse and I and have noticed prices have doubled. Comparable frames online are way cheaper. WP needs to lower or at least give repeat customers an incentive to keep coming back. Caddis offers repeat customers an incentive and have sales on frames several times a year.
