Walnut Square Optometry

Given the lack of recent reviews, I wanted to offer my own positive experience with Walnut Square. 1) Dr. Sim clearly explained my optical options given my myopia, age-related vision decline, and previous history of LASIK. 2) After failed attempts to get good daily glasses and contact lenses for occasional social use, Dr. Sim successfully figured out what I needed. She got me super comfortable contact lenses that I've been wearing happily for social use. 3) Kathye helped me pick out a terrific pair of new eyeglasses that I get tons of compliments on, and that was not super costly. It's a small office, so yes, you might have to wait sometimes because everyone there is working hard and doing multiple jobs. But the result is personalized attention and service that finally met my needs. I have finally found an optometrist that knows what they're doing & has knowledgeable and helpful staff as well.

I thought my vision was fine and just wanted some new glasses that weren't scratched. Turned out my contact prescription was way out of date and in the same appointment they convinced me my vision was not nearly as good as it could've been and got me to get an exam for contacts as well and to return my old contacts. Now my vision is surreal and I'm so thankful they helped me. Loving my new glasses too - they adjusted them to fit my face but unlike other shops, they also still fold closed. Only good vibes at this fine establishment.

Exceptional service and care for their patients! After wearing glasses for 20 years and receiving care by another local optometrist for over 4 years, I thought I’d try an optometrist closer to home. I was blown away by the attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction that everyone in the office provided. From a warm welcome to the most thorough and understanding patient experience I’ve had. My prescription was updated, and upon receiving both sunglasses and regular prescription glasses; their materials and frame selection were unlike anything I have experienced before. After more than a year of wear and tear, both sets of glasses look pristine! I would absolutely recommend this optometry practice to anyone looking for exceptional service and unmatched care for your vision and eye health. Thank you Dr. Juang and Walnut Square staff for an outstanding experience. I plan on maintaining this as my eye care practice for years to come.

Very happy with the service and especially the quality of the eye exam - I never thought that there could be that much a difference but Nicole Sim was just outstanding.

Had an appointment to take a look at eyeglasses. Walked in and was ignored by the staff there for five minutes. Ended up leaving after.
