Rafael was beyond amazing! Having a 4 year old trying on glasses isn’t always easy! He was friendly respectful and extremely great with our son! Glasses were affordably priced and easy to purchase! So grateful for Rafael and his time helping us getting this together! Explained all the warrantees to us and got us in and out of the store as quick as possible. THANK YOU AGAIN.
My first experience was amazing! I was able to get my eye exam, and order glasses and contacts within the same day which was convenient. There were plenty of great options to choose from for glasses. All of the employees were very kind, helpful, and gave great information. They helped make my experience as easy and as comfortable as possible. The doctor was patient with me since I had not had glasses in a long time. She adjusted as many times as possible to help me get the most accurate prescription. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Warby Parker and I can’t wait to go back to pick out more glasses.
Most of the staff was great. Dr. Janza was awesome. Kathy Gannon, the store manager explained pricing down to the penny. No surprises. Very nice and professional. Two techs you deal with before the Dr. were very nice and professional. I love the different colored frames. Just a very positive experience. Good energy in the Cherry Hill NJ store.
needed new glasses so I decided to try Warby Parker. I was very pleased with the customer service, the selection and the price. My insurance helped me, but I believe I would still purchase glasses there. The gentleman who helped me asked me questions as to what I like in a frame and what I didn't like, color choices and size. The frames he suggested for me were spot on and I knew as soon as I put them on I really liked them. There was no pressure and he took his time with me. Great experience, can't wait to get my glasses.
Stopped in to see if they could fix the misaligned arms on my sunglasses (bought second-hand) and Raphael K. helped me out and fixed them in 5 minutes free of charge. I had stopped by Lens Crafters prior and they said they couldn’t do anything because I hadn’t purchased the glasses from them, so I am very grateful that Raphael was kind enough to help me. My favorite sunglasses are finally wearable again! Everyone at Warby Parker was very welcoming and I would recommend it as a warm and inviting experience.
