Walnut Vision Care- Crocker Park

My experience is worth the 5 star rating. From the initial welcome all the way to the time of sale everyone was professional and polite. The store accepted my vision insurance and the technicians when fitting my new glasses listened to my concerns over my previous pair (previous purchased elsewhere). Not to be overlooked I scheduled a same day appointment on a holiday as well. I will be returning for my annual eye exam when needed.

Warby Parker is the only place you should ever get glasses from. Exceptional customer service. Fabulous prices. Updated my glasses script on a Tuesday, received new glasses on Thursday. It's not often that a business lives up to its mission statement, Warby Parker is the exception, they absolutely do! Thank you Warby Parker Team!

Had a great experience here. My eye exam was on time, the technology was advanced, and the doctor was great. When it came to picking out my glasses, the team could not have been more friendly. Michelle was great and made sure I got the perfect pairs of glasses. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be back.

I have purchased glasses from Warby Parker on line and in the store. I have always had good experiences with the people I have worked with but usually go to the store because I can try the different frames. And I recommend them to my friends.

Denise that I worked with was very professional and polite. She gave me her honest opinion and was patient while I tried on a dozen different frames. She even took photos with my phone so I could text them to my daughter for her opinion. They have such a variety of styles and are so much less expensive than other places. I’m looking forward to getting them mailed to my home instead of having to go back to store to pick up my new glasses!
