I had a terrific experience at Warby Parker today. I ordered new glasses and also had a few existing pair adjusted, and the entire visit was seamless and genuinely enjoyable. Chris was incredibly helpful—knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the process. I also want to thank Anakja (my apologies if I didn’t catch her name correctly), who has helped me in the past and is now one of the on-site optometrists. She was informative, professional, and a pleasure to work with. It was especially nice to be recognized as a long-term customer—those small personal touches really do matter. As always, Warby Parker’s eyeglass collection is outstanding, and their recommendations on frames were spot-on. A consistently excellent experience and a great reminder of why I keep coming back. 👓✨

I love Warby Parker and wouldn’t go anywhere else in search of eyewear. The experience is quick and perfect! I have always been immediately approached by an associate and guided through the selections. They are very knowledgeable and personable. Today I bought a pair of reading glasses and one for distance and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes…… I loved my last frames so I repeated my choices with stronger scripts. I love the Warby Parker in Hingham. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I never feel rushed when picking out a pair of glasses. The selection is wonderful. I also love having my eye exam and picking out my frames in the same convenient location. Truly a win win. The staff always greets me personally when I am in the store. Could not be a better experience.

My experience at the Derby Street Warby Parker location has been exceptional. During my first visit, Julie and Arisa provided outstanding service as they helped me navigate the challenge of rapidly changing vision caused by a chemotherapy medication. They patiently guided me through selecting new frames and worked together to expedite my glasses so I could see clearly as soon as possible. They also helped me find both prescription glasses and sunglasses that fit my needs and my budget. I can’t say enough about their knowledge, compassion, teamwork, and professionalism. When my vision changed again, I returned to the store and was fortunate to work with Chantelle and Chris. They were equally knowledgeable, caring, and committed to finding the best solution for my changing eyesight. Once again, I felt supported and confident that I was receiving excellent care. I highly recommend the Derby Street Warby Parker location. Every member of the team I’ve worked with has gone above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service during a particularly challenging time, and I am incredibly grateful for their expertise and kindness
