Store was very clean & organized with many choices. Staff was extremely helpful and happy to help in my selection. I can’t believe the beautiful glasses that my daughter and I received, with so many extras like anti glare and anti scratch added at no charge!!! GREAT PRICE $95 and you get a discount if you purchase 2 pairs. Win-win!!! Highly recommend!
Jackie and Natasha were customer service rockstars. Natasha kindly greeted me and assisted with getting me set up for my appointment. Her energy was infectious. And, Jackie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Warby Parker brand. I was impressed with this, and her genuine kindness and concern in helping me find the perfect frames to fit my needs. Both ladies are a credit to their regional manager, Sheldon Nelson, a consummate professional, and customer service guru. (I bought my first WP glasses from him!) Thanks all! Highly recommend Warby Parker! Went into this store in January & they helped me find a new pair with an updated prescription. Flash forward to May, I lost my new glasses. I called WP and asked if I could repurchase the same pair & get expedited shipping, as I needed the glasses asap. Their customer service team was super friendly, and while they told me there was a $25 fee for expedited shipping - they then gave me $20 off for reordering the same pair so quickly after. They also quoted a 10 day turnaround for the expedited shipping (still faster than my local eye dr could get me a new pair)… and then they showed up at my door two days later!! Such a great experience from fitting, to wearing, and then repurchasing! This was my second prescription glasses from WP, and I’ll continue to purchase new glasses from them as needed! My experience at Warby Parker was great! Jackie was extremely knowledgeable about the product and helped me pick out the perfect pair. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new pair of glasses, they have great price points too.
Great customer service the girls were so helpful, courteous and friendly. Great selection , they didn't rush us and my daughter and I each bought a pair of glasses. And the prices are great!
