I usually don’t write reviews, but Stevie absolutely deserves one. I came in feeling stressed and overwhelmed trying to pick the right pair of glasses. I had already gone to Oakley because I was convinced I knew exactly what I wanted, but I was still hesitant about checking out Warby Parker. The moment we met Stevie, everything changed. She has an incredible eye for style and took the time to understand what would actually fit my face shape, personal style, and preferences. Instead of just showing frames, she guided me through the process and helped me see options I never would have considered on my own. Her recommendations were spot on from the frame style to the color choice. What felt like a stressful decision quickly became an enjoyable experience because of her knowledge, patience, and honesty. I walked out feeling confident that I had chosen the perfect pair. If you visit Warby Parker, do yourself a favor and ask for Stevie. Her expertise and customer service are truly exceptional. As a lifelong wearer of spectacles I am accustomed to a charismatic salesperson that would be able to pick several frame options based on the shape of my face. This establishment did not offer any of the sort. If you are into searching on your own and FAFO type vibes this is the place for you. Otherwise look elsewhere 😉

This could have been a great experience. I came in looking for the prescription area and asked two employees for help, but the interaction felt unwelcoming and dismissive. I was also surprised to overhear a comment suggesting I had been rude, which wasn’t the case. The store itself is very nice, and the prices are excellent—that’s the main reason I completed my purchase. However, the customer service left a negative impression, and I wouldn’t return. I usually go to LensCrafters but wanted to try something new. Update: I don't know the sweet lady's name that help my daughter with adjustments twice this weekend. Such a refreshing experience. I appreciate her Customer Service expertise. Awesome representation for Warby Parker. Thank you for your help and service.

I was impressed with my initial visit. Wynn was knowledgeable and professional. I picked out a frame, completed the required paperwork, and Wynn set up an appointment for an eye exam. Later they sent me confirmation which stated if I was more than 5 minutes late, they reserved the right to not see me. Unfortunately, it was all downhill from there. When I returned for my appointment they were unorganized and inept. First, they insisted I completed the online form again because they said there were some additional questions and it all must be redone. I took note that the online form stated "I WAS given a prescription" and this was to be completed BEFORE I was even given the exam. They seemed very behind on the appointments but when I initially asked they assured me I would be seen promptly. Finally, after seeing others were ahead of me, I gave up and left. In the end, I had no confidence they could do a good exam and get me a quality pair of glasses.
