Great frames and customer service. They offer eye exams and specialty glasses. We were able to be in and out in 30 minutes. The window sign says they open at 11am but they actually open at 10am.
I have loved Warby Parker since they were an online startup. I love that they donate a pair of glasses for every pair purchased. I love the brick & mortar store, so I can try on in person. They have great eye physicians on staff. Frames are reasonably priced and you can get anything you want in any frame they have. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
We had such a wonderful experience at the store. Not only did I find the exact sunglasses shape I was looking for at a very reasonable price, but I was also truly impressed by the excellent service provided by Aiden. He was incredibly helpful and genuinely wanted to make sure I found the perfect pair that fit and felt just right. He carefully adjusted the glasses I purchased and even went out of his way to adjust the pair I was already wearing from a completely different brand/store at no extra cost at all! Really impressed with the entire experience, especially thanks to Aiden. Keep up the great work! I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for classy, reasonably priced sunglasses along with outstanding customer service.
I've been seeing Dr. Hesterman at Warby Parker in International Plaza for several years. He's always wonderful, takes the time to answer all my questions, and makes every appointment a positive experience. I've also been very happy with both the glasses and contact lenses I've ordered from Warby Parker. The products are high quality, comfortable, and have consistently met my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Hesterman and the entire Warby Parker team for their excellent care and service.
Excellent service! Salesperson was very attentive, listened carefully. Offered suggestions without pressuring me. Selection and styles were great! Update: The glasses arrived today. This is the best progressive lens! I have had several pairs in the past, but by far these have the best placement of lenses. Thanks Warby Parker!
