Great experience yesterday shopping at Warby Parker Liberty Center! I've purchased 8-10 pairs of Warby Parker glasses from online before they had local stores, the Kenwood store and now Liberty Center (which is closer to where I live). I took in a previously purchased pair that had the cushion come off one of the pads. The person helping me replaced both pads and super-cleaned them. He was also very helpful when I was looking at new frames to purchase. He was thoughtful and honest with his response while helping me vs just saying everything looked good. I have an average, oval face shape so most frames work for me. He helped me pick out my next pair in a color I'd had previously but a new frame shape. Very pleased with my purchase! I always get compliments on my Warby Parker frames, they are a good value and customer service is excellent! Now if I can just get my Labradors to stop eating the frames... LOL

My husband and I had the best experience ever at Warby Parker. The staff was very helpful, informative and kind. Dr. Clark has provided me information on my vision health and procedures to correct the issue, than any other optometrist I've seen in 20 years. She set me at ease and was so patient and supportive. Katie was on point helping me pick out frames and lenses. She asked a few questions and had several pairs of frames that were in my wheelhouse on color and style. I would recommend this team to anyone without hesitation.

Great place. Distance eye exam was unique, but the results were the clearest vision I’ve had in 40 years. I’ve worn glasses since I was 10 (I’m 53) and I have severe myopia and severe presbyopia. Glasses came fast (ordered in store on Friday, delivered on Monday, and this was over an holiday weekend!) and I ended up rethinking the frames. One chat session and they were creating my new glasses and sending me a return box for the ones I wanted to return.

I was nervous about going to the eye doctor after 20 plus years but it was such a good experience. She was professional and efficient and noticed things I didn’t even realize. The staff had glasses that I would’ve chosen waiting for me to try on after my visit and made the process so much easier since I have such a hard time choosing.

Dr. Clark was fantastic. The experience at Warby was wonderful. Fortunately I don't need eye glasses but if I did I would return to Warby.
