We had an amazing experience at Warby Parker. The staff was extremely helpful and made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. It was refreshing to work with people who genuinely wanted to help us find the right glasses rather than simply trying to sell us something. Their knowledge, patience, and honest guidance made all the difference. We were so pleased with the experience that we ended up purchasing three pairs of glasses. Thank you to the entire team for providing such outstanding customer service!

I went to multiple places in search of glasses and was giving up hope that I could find any that are the style that actually look good with the shape of my face. It seemed like everywhere was carrying only the shapes that are currently trendy and none of those look good on me. Warby Parker had more of a variety and I was able to find 2 pairs that I am much happier with and bought both of them for less than I spent on one pair from Sam's Club. The lady helping us (I believe Andrea) was very knowledgable and kind. The ones I tried on were really comfortable so hopefully when they arrive I'll be happy with them. My experience in the store was great though!

Warby Parker made my first eye exam stress free and fun! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with the warmest welcome by the greatest people! Andrea and Justin make you feel like you are visiting a friend you haven't seen in a long time and the level of customer service and care is off the charts! Kane was professional and kind as he administered my eye exam and picking out the perfect frames was way easier than I thought! I will recommend this Warby Parker to anyone and everyone who asks and if you are fortunate enough to meet Andrea or Justin be sure to give them a big smile!

My experience at Warby Parker was painless. The service provided by Kerry was outstanding. She was helpful,pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend this eyeglass store in Mayfaire. I can't wait until the new glasses arrive.

Wonderful experience. Booked my appointment online. Walked in with no wait, browsed the glasses. Dorian offered up some wonderful suggestions which my husband and I ultimately went with because they were wonderful. Kane was great too and helped move through the process with ease. Great experience overall.
