Excellent experience today! The selection is unbeatable. My visit with the optometrist was amazing. She was delightful and very informative. The Associates that helped us through the process were also exemplary. Truly made the process seamless and easy. I booked online and followed the process, showed up to my appointment and was in and out within an hour. Highly recommend!
I came here for an eye exam, and was very pleased with how thorough, clear, and expedient the whole team was from start to finish. The check-in process was remarkably smooth, and the costs for both the imaging and exam (factoring in insurance) were made clear from the start. The exam itself felt comprehensive, and yet only took about 20 minutes from start to finish. I was glad to have come here, and would recommend for future exams; I have not yet purchased glasses from this store, but it seems to be a good place for that as well.
First time trying a new place for glasses. Also wanted budget options since last place was super expensive. Very helpful staff, explained how the store works right after I walked in. Took the time to not rush me while trying to decide which pair i wanted. Very helpful with ordering process. Great customer service! Will recommend and go back when I need new glasses. Walked out without spending a ton of money for 2 pairs of prescription glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses (first time ordering Rx sunglasses.)
The gentleman who assisted me was the best I’ve ever had when it comes to choosing frames. He educated me about how frames are supposed to fit and look. He gave me honest feedback about how the frames looked on me. I left feeling confident about the frames I ordered. That’s a first for me!
Excellent experience, especially in comparison to some other eyeglasses shops over the years. Expert assistance on function, aesthetics, and best options was provided. I actually enjoyed the selection process. The selection of frames was very good but could be expanded a bit, and it would be great if they accepted AARP or other discounts - that's a general opinion on policies, not a location specific note.
