Update: Since posting this review, I returned to pick up my kids glasses and had a much better experience. I was assisted by a different employee who was incredibly kind, professional, and empathetic. She took the time to listen to my concerns, validated my experience, and acknowledged why I had been so frustrated. That level of understanding made a significant difference. While my initial experience should not have happened, I want to recognize the excellent customer service I received during this visit. I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Warby Parker. When I picked up both of my children’s glasses, I was informed that the pupillary distance/optical center measurements had not been included when the glasses were ordered, which meant both pairs had to be remade. The employee who explained this to me was the same person who assisted us when we originally ordered the glasses. She even told me that, because both of my children have strong prescriptions, these measurements absolutely should have been taken. Naturally, I asked why they weren’t. Instead of answering my question or acknowledging what had happened, she repeatedly said she didn’t know why the measurements weren’t there and that they should have been. I wasn’t looking to assign blame, I was simply trying to understand how this happened and how it would be prevented in the future. Unfortunately, I felt like my concerns were dismissed, and I was met with defensiveness rather than accountability or empathy. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I was then asked to take home the incorrectly made glasses for my children to wear until the replacements arrived. I was not comfortable with that. If the glasses were made incorrectly because essential measurements were missing, I don’t believe my children should be expected to wear them, even temporarily. I declined and chose to have them continue wearing their current glasses until the new pairs are ready. I understand that mistakes happen, but I expect honesty, accountability, and professional customer service when they do. An acknowledgment of the error, a sincere apology, and reassurance that it would be corrected would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling frustrated by both the mistake and the way it was handled.

The ease of picking frames..all attendants were very pleasant. Sophia was great….had issues finding my insurance coverage..she never gave up! The doc was very communicative. First time I had that from an optometrist!!!! Refreshing!!
Recently purchased my first pair of glasses and sunglasses from WP at this location. Long story short, my original order had issues with processing, but Chloe was phenomenal. She was excellent and continued to follow up with me for weeks to ensure it was finally resolved and just went above and beyond. Not a surprise that she is also mentioned in other reviews! And of course the quality and fit of the glasses has been amazing. Warby Parker has a new long term customer for sure.
I had excellent experience and bad experience with Warby. I order two paires of glasses in the online store, one is progressive and the other is computer glasses. The computer glasses is unusable. The two online store support persons I spoke to were not well trained. One right out of box told me I need to go to my eye doctor to get my eye re-examined. I told her my prescription was three weeks ago and I do not have any issue with the progressive glasses. I only have issues with the computer glasses. She did not even told me that I can go to a local Warby store to get my eye examined. Those online store personals should get 1 or 2 stars. When I came to the Wiregrass Warby store, optician Chloe talked to me and within three minutes she found out the computer glasses were made with a reading glass spec. Warby online store somehow extracted the spec incorrectly from my prescription. She made me feel validated and she patiently answered all my questions and resolved all my issues. I felt my trust and confidence with Warby restored and reassured. Chloe is a five star employee. Moral of the story is: Go to the local stores, you have a better trained and qualified employees. Forget about the online store for support, the employees there are not qualified and/or poorly trained.
Stephanie was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to listen to the concerns I’ve had with previous frames. Instead of just pointing me toward a few options, she was genuinely eager to help me find frames that worked well for my face and took the time to educate me along the way, even explaining things like low-bridge vs. standard-fit frames and how the different components can affect overall fit and comfort. What made the experience even better was how patient and understanding she was while I had my two toddlers with me, who were simultaneously asking for snacks and apparently testing the acoustics of the lobby. 😂 She never made me feel rushed or like they were a bother and continued to give me her full attention. Stephanie made the entire experience feel personal, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. It’s obvious she knows her stuff and really cares about helping people find the right fit. I would absolutely recommend asking for her!
