First time buying frames in store from Warby Parker instead of just online and it was a great experience! The optician in training that helped me (I didn’t get her name sadly) was so friendly and helpful, helped me pick out frames, measure for anti-fatigue lenses, and update my prescription and insurance in their system. It was also super quick!
My second time buying glasses at WP and it was another great experience. This time my wife also ordered some as she was tired of the crap that the eye doctor was offering (at exorbitant prices too). Really nice staff and great selection of frames. Plenty to pick from but not overwhelming. Definitely check them out if you are in the market for glasses
This was my first time going to Warby Parker and I am very happy with my experience. Was greeted right as I walked in and they got me confirmed for my eye exam. Was able to walk around and look at frames while I waited. Eye exam process was interesting but honestly very quick and easy. After eye exam working with the front desk was amazing. Got my frames picked out and they even helped me Submit a claim to my insurance! Very glad that I went here instead of another eye care place.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Warby Parker. Elyse greeted me right away and was very professional and knowledgeable. I just needed a small adjustment to my nose piece, and she assisted me immediately and made sure everything fit perfectly. Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back for my yearly eye exam and glasses upgrade.
Tried calling four times. The "phone number" is not real. It just pushes you to an overseas call center. I was told that in order to talk to someone at a retail store you had to "escalate" it, and someone would call you from the store, which is patently absurd. I will never EVER drive to Southpoint to do a cold call on the store, and try to get my questions answered. I'd rather pay more at a local place who can pick up the phone. What a miserable impression Warby Parker has made on me
