Warby Parker is awesome! The staff is great! Dr. Cruz was very professional and listened to any concerns I had. There are tons of Frame options. Even for a wide head person like me.😂 I highly recommend Warby Parker. Their exam equipment is state of the art and the store was very casual and contemporary with excellent lighting with lots of mirrors. This is THEE standard in eye exams and eye wear.
I visited the newly-opened Warby Parker in Vinings today and can’t recommend it enough. The store is small but really cute and the staff is just amazing. So friendly and fun and professional. No one hovered over me pressuring me to buy, but after browsing for a while I was approached by Shannon who took great care of me in a professional and efficient manner. Overall great experience.
Doctor Cruz was the best doctor in DFW. He gave me the best eye glasses Rx I have had and made me feel comfortable during the exam. I’m so glad I went to Warby Parker for my eye needs. The manager Sean was very helpful helping me pick out the correct frame for my glasses and face.
The store was fully stocked, clean and bright. All the employees were very nice and friendly. I worked with Randal, super knowledgeable and spent time helping me find the perfect pair of eyeglasses. Definitely worth the visit!
I loved the process from scheduling to checking out. Everyone was kind and answered all of my questions in detail. I was concerned because I noticed I am now seeing floaters, especially when I am outside. The optometrist was thorough in explaining what is happening and causing them and what to look for that will be of grave concern. There was no push to buy my prescription because it is very low. I explained I have tried glasses in the past for astigmatism, but they made my eyes strain more. My appointment was quick but thorough!
