I had a great experience. Prices are competitive but the staff is what really made the visit a great experience. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The remote visit with the doctor worked great for me

The customer service is awful. I just asked if they repair glasses, and I received a rude and condescending response saying they only repair their own products. I could have purchased an item or paid for the repair. I definitely will not be a future client.

Had a great experience with the staff here. Everyone was efficient, helpful, approachable, and professional. I especially appreciated that they let me browse on my own without feeling pressured, but were immediately available and ready to help when I had questions or was ready for assistance. That balance is exactly what I prefer in this type of setting. Highly recommend!
