My wife and I stopped by just before closing time, and Tavaun and Allyson could not have been more accommodating. They stayed about 10 minutes past closing to help us with our shopping, which we really appreciated. Allyson was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and patient throughout the process. Tavaun was clearly eager to learn and was soaking up all of Allyson’s expertise, which was great to see. Both of them were friendly, had a great sense of humour, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Excellent customer service all around. We never felt rushed, despite arriving so close to closing time. I would gladly return to work with this team again when it's time for my next pair of glasses.

Wonderful location with friendly and knowledgeable staff! Rachel and the other employees warmly welcomed me in and shared super helpful info on pricing and eye exams. Rachel also asked me what my insurance is so she could check if it was in/out of network, etc. Their transparency with pricing is a breath of fresh air! After I found the frames I loved, she saved them to my profile. I did decide to get my eye exam somewhere else where my insurance covers more, since I'm out of network for Warby Parker. When I came back in to order my glasses, Rachel submitted an insurance claim for me for the glasses I chose and confirmed I should receive money back. My sister just did this and she received more than she expected back... so her glasses (with added blue light protection) ended up going from about $145 down to about $30! Honestly, the $145 still would have been less expensive than the glasses I can get from Target even after my in-network insurance is applied there. I will definitely be recommending Warby Parker to anyone I know who wears glasses or contacts! The customer service + value is unmatched, and I didn't have to order glasses online and hope they look right/deal with returns, etc! They have a great selection of frames in the store. The whole checkout process only took about 15 minutes, too! I wish I hadn't waited so long to try Warby Parker, but I'm glad I finally gave them a try! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Warby Parker thanks to Miles. He was extremely helpful and insightful about my glasses and prescription, and he really took the time to make sure I understood all of my options. He helped me get the most for my money and was very detailed when explaining the 6-month scratch warranty and the 30-day return policy in case I had any issues with my glasses. Miles even went to the back and grabbed exactly what I needed, which made the whole process quick and seamless. Because of his knowledge and kindness, I felt confident purchasing my glasses on the spot. Super helpful, professional, and genuinely nice. The world needs more people like Miles!

This location of Warby Parker is simply the best. The staff who work there are not only friendly and excellent at explaining benefits, but they go above and beyond in supporting the purchase of the perfect pair of glasses. Their patience is unparalleled, and I will always drive to Atlanta just to get this level of care! Meike is AMAZING. They know eye glass products and will lead you properly. Regarding the purchasing experience of my first ever WP glasses: Phenomenal experience in-store w her. 11 out of 10 for the store and Meike specifically. However, I give Warby Parker a 1 out of 10 for their phone support. Do you know that you cannot call the WP store directly? That’s just dumb not to be able to connect directly with those that I’m working with; capitalism stupidity, Warby Parker.
