I needed a new pair of glasses and wasn't sure what I wanted. I found the staff exceptional. I was introduced to a variety of styles and we came up with the perfect pair of glasses. The glasses were ready in a couple of days. I could not be happier.
I went in to have a routine eye exam, not a big deal as I have a mild astigmatism. I purchase glasses and the prescription turned out to incredibly wrong. I was blind with this prescription. Now I have to pay full because insurance won't cover another eye exam and waltham vision care won't do any thing to help. Not helpful and obviously incompetent. If you want a prescription that will help you see, DO NOT go to Waltham vision care!
Staff was very friendly, They took me in last minute for an exam, immediately started exam with no wait time after finishing paperwork. Answered all my questions and concerns. 10/10 don’t let any of these bad reviews keep you from visiting. Will certainly return.
I have been a patient of Dr Lerner’s for 27 years. He is very knowledgeable, does a thorough job, and has a great selection of products in a wide range of prices. I would highly recommend Waltham Vision Care.
Great place! Don’t know why they get so many bad reviews. The staff is super friendly and got me my glasses in a timely manner that worked on both our schedules. Highly recommended them!
