I’m sure this location gets busy on weekends (as it’s a bit more compact), but I had such a great experience walking in and being helped right away. Huge shoutout to Nesha for being so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. She made it easy to try different styles and even get second and third opinions on what suited my face best. 🤓 I’ve held onto my current Warby Parker frames for nearly ten years, so I was pleasantly surprised by how much they’ve expanded their offerings. It’s incredibly convenient that they now handle insurance submissions on your behalf, and I appreciated learning about options like blue light and fatigue lenses. Overall, such a smooth and enjoyable experience. I’m looking forward to receiving my new glasses and will definitely be back to refresh some older pairs with new lenses. Thanks again!

Zack was extremely helpful. I am a client but this pair of glasses was not from WP. Still, Zack helped me without hesitatation, and super quickly! Thank you so much.

A friendly and attentive staff helped to make my experience at this WP location pleasant. I stopped in to have some minimal repairs performed on my frames I purchased the year prior. I was expecting to pay a fee for this service but was surprised to find that they offered the corrections free of charge as part of their guarantee. Overall a great experience with a quick resolution. I would recommend this location for your eyeglass needs.

Store staff were excellent BUT: Extremely disappointed in the product quality and corporate response. I want to be clear: the in-store team at Warby Parker was wonderful. Friendly, helpful, and professional — this poorly made product is not on them. My issue is with the product and the way corporate handled it. I spent around $500 on a pair of Esme prescription glasses, and within SEVEN MONTHS, they began to fall apart. Rust showing through the arms, screws constantly falling out, and visible defects in the frame. At one point in the middle of work I had to tape it together. I’ve worn glasses for 20+ years, and I’ve NEVER had a pair degrade this badly, even ones that cost half as much. I have never in my life had to buy a new pair in under 3 years, let alone SEVEN MONTHS! FOR A $500 PAIR?? This was my first time buying from this brand and it will be the last. Now I had to waste more money on a new pair elsewhere. When I contacted Warby Parker’s customer support about it, I was met with a cold, generic response that completely ignored the specifics I shared — not even a basic acknowledgment of the defects. Just a templated email telling me I was past the 30-day return window and offering to sell me more glasses. WHY would I want more of these poor-quality glasses? Honestly, it felt like being brushed off by a bot. I work in the medical field and I’d be ashamed to recommend anything of this quality to anyone. I’ll be sure to let everyone I know in my field of work - doctors, nurses, PAs, and students - lots and lots of glasses-wearers - to AVOID this brand. It’s a scam and a ripoff, and we need our eyes to work.

Cannot call the store. That is ridiculous. I spoke to someone in east Goblipshik who didn’t speak the language and could not understand the simple request to exchange the lenses. If there is a store number then it should ring the store that I stood in to buy the damn glasses. I’m amending my review from three to 1 star. B Casie the promise of fixing or replacing due to any issues in 30 days for free is a sham. Just got hit with an unauthorized $95 charge
