Warby Parker - Alderwood

Warby Parker has an incredible origin story, delivers a phenomenal product with efficiency and grace. WP has the styles you want, the functionality, uses technology seamlessly and emphasizes personal service and high quality customer service. Every experience I have with WP elevates them in my eyes. ;). . Side note, I had a difficult time locating since I am unfamiliar with the mall. It's on the North-ish side of the facility.

I was in the alderwood one today and I had the best customer service I've ever had anywhere. I would highly highly recommend this place,a wonderful woman helped me. I wish I knew her name. Her boss really needs to give her a big high five for the service that she gives because she's friendly, informative, but not pushy at all and I loved it Great experience for me.

Staff was helpful. Person who helped us very knowledgeable. It was a nice surprise to have opticians on staff to get exact prescription and glasses aligned.

The service was excellent and I appreciated helpful suggestions on suitable frames. An added bonus was learning that my insurance company would be contacted for me. Great place to get reasonably priced glasses!

My family and I have shopped at this store multiple times. Associates are super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great selection of frames; easy ordering process; affordable. We only use Warby Parker for our optical purchases.
