Warby Parker - Arlington Highlands

Warby Parker is awesome! The staff is great! Dr. Cruz was very professional and listened to any concerns I had. There are tons of Frame options. Even for a wide head person like me.😂 I highly recommend Warby Parker. Their exam equipment is state of the art and the store was very casual and contemporary with excellent lighting with lots of mirrors. This is THEE standard in eye exams and eye wear.

Doctor Cruz was the best doctor in DFW. He gave me the best eye glasses Rx I have had and made me feel comfortable during the exam. I’m so glad I went to Warby Parker for my eye needs. The manager Sean was very helpful helping me pick out the correct frame for my glasses and face.

I had the best experience at this location. The doctor was great! Very knowledgeable and thorough. On the retail side, the staff was great as well! She was very patient with me as I looked through the inventory to choose a pair of frames.

After falling behind on getting my yearly check ups, I finally was able to get a same day appointment with the store. The staff was super kind and knowledgeable, the Doctor was very thorough with his eye examination, my last eye doctor didn't even bother giving me a perscrption because of how subtle my changes were. Dr. Cruz gave me one for normal reading and one for my sunglasses, they even did retina examination just to be safe. Thank you very much for your help. I visited the newly-opened Warby Parker in Vinings today and can’t recommend it enough. The store is small but really cute and the staff is just amazing. So friendly and fun and professional. No one hovered over me pressuring me to buy, but after browsing for a while I was approached by Shannon who took great care of me in a professional and efficient manner. Overall great experience.
