I had an amazing time getting new glasses, the team was so helpful and kind. Iliana was very supportive with all the questions I had about my eye exam, and my prescription. Steven was very kind, gave me great advise about the frame structure I need and the pain I was having from my old glasses. And Kyle had such a great energy also helping with my new glasses. Hospitality experience 10/10

I rarely ever write reviews. However, I feel compelled to write it. Warby Parker has been a pleasure to work with since my first visit. It was at that time me and my wife met an optician named Kaila at the Aventura Mall store. From her warm and welcoming smile, to her optical and product knowledge to her efficiency and can do attitude, it has been a true pleasure. We rarely need to return, but when we need a screw tightened or an adjustment made, Kaila not only remembers us but recalls personal details about us. She always has a phenomenal attitude. I return to this branch specifically because I know Kaila is there to help us!!
